THQ AND
MAJESCO SIGN INTERNATIONAL PUBLISHING AND
DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
10 New Titles
Bolster THQ Internationals Game Boy®
Advance Line-Up
THQ International
Ltd, a division of THQ Inc. (NASDAQ NMS: THQI)
and Majesco, Inc. today announced an agreement
granting THQ International publishing and
distribution rights for 10 titles from Majesco,
Inc.s Game Boy® Advance portfolio.
The 10 titles
include Super Nintendo Entertainment System®
classics, Earthworm Jim™ and Pitfall®:
The Mayan Adventure®, as well as the
critically acclaimed Iridion™ 3D. In
addition, THQ also obtained the rights to publish
Fortress™, Caesars Palace™,
Dark Arena™, M & Ms® Fun Blast,
Aerial Aces™, F-14 Tomcat™, as well
as a new title to be announced. All of the games
are scheduled for release through 2001.
Territories
covered by the agreement are comprised of the
European and Export markets governed by all four
of THQ Internationals territorial offices,
including UK/Export, France, Germany and
Asia-Pacific.
