989 Studios bring us back their football arcade game NFL Extreme2.

NFL Extreme2 has the basic option that football games have like the quick Start is where you pick 2 teams and choose one of them to control so you can play right away. Exhibition game that can not be save on the memory card.

Season option you will be able to play a real season consisting of a full schedule of 16 games. You will also be to reach the playoffs and if your team is good enough to get through then you will play in the Super Bowl. You will be able to see the team and player stats, view the leagues leaders and who leads the conference.

Playoff mode able you to skip the season and choose 12 teams where you place in the Playoffs Trees and start from there. Like the seasons mode you can view the stats and the leaders too.

Tournaments mode is where you can play in a multiplayer mode. You need name at least 3 teams to start and you can play up to 8 players.

NFL Extreme2 brings you more feature then the first one like more extreme tackles. Over 350 animations where you can see players dive to catch the ball or wild celebration moves. You will be able to hear and see the clip of over 20 NFL football players that have recorded over 100 individual taunts.

Although they added these features this game does not measure compare the other football games on the market. It fails to keep your interest long.

Like you have 10 second to select your play well by the time you figure it out bang it is gone very annoying feature. The graphics is not that good. And the game has too much taunting in it.

NFL Extreme2 is an arcade football game that will frustrate you fast because of the confusing control and the lack of interest.
