Camelot Software Planning has work hard to bring us the best golf game as of to date on the Game boy Color for you to enjoy.

First Mario Golf gives you the opportunity to create your own players or to play as Luigi or Mario. Among the options to create your character you will have to choose is the name, the gender and if you will be left or right handed. You will be able to save 3 deferent golfers for yourself. It will be available for you even if you close the Game Boy when you come back later you character will still exist for you to select.

You have two playing mode either with a friend or by yourself.

After your ready to start and you will be introduce at the Marion's club house directory office then off you go ready to start.

At the Marion's club house you will be able to meet other players that will give you some advice on golfing.

In the training game you will be able to practice any holes on the 4 courses there you can adjust the direction and the wind speed. The Stoke game will give you more practice since you will play a full 18 holes on any of these 4 courses. If you do well in the Stoke you will receive experience points which will increase your golfing skills for your future games like in RPG games.

In the tournament game you will start with the first course if you do well then you will perks like badges and trophies but most

importantly you can move on to the next courses if you succeed in all the 4 well you'll get a nice surprise at the end :)

In the match game you can choose any of the four courses there you will face an other golfers that have created or one already there. If you are able to defeat a Club Champ like Graces or Gene Yuss, you can select and play as that Club Champ after.

You also have a Status option that keeps the record of all your accomplishments that you have done.

Also a very neat feature is the dictionary in the option selection in order to familiarize yourself with the golfing terms.

This game is pretty well done does not lack in much except the sound could of been a bit better but the gameplay will make you forget it fast.

Also the first thing you will notice is how great the graphics are well design taking the Game Boy the is fullest abilities. also you do not need to remember or write down long password numbers to save the golfers that you have created. The interface is easy to understand because it is very clearly design everything you need to know you have on your screen.

Mario golf has a lot to offer for golfers fan or the novice players that want to learn.
