Time to play your Pokémon card!

 

Developed by Game Freak - Creature and publish by Nintendo, you can now play the famous Pokémon card game done by Wizard of the Coast on your Game boy Color.

Pokémon Trading Card game is base on the Base Set booster packs, the Fossil and Jungle expansion and also has also exclusive cards.

First when open your Pokémon trading card game you will see that they have included a real limited edition Pokémon card to start your own deck or to add to the one you already have.

Before you can start you game you must do the tutorial with Dr. Mason. You will learn to play play the game and the signification of each item you see on the screen.

Choose your Active Pokémon

You play a dual with a deck of 60 cards and a 7 cards draw. After you have practice a while and learn how to basically play you can go challenged other in order to earn booster packs.

your deck of cards consist of 3 types, Pokémon, Energy and Trainer cards. The Pokémon cards also are divided in 3, Basic Pokémon, Stage 1 Evolution and Stage 2 Evolution.

In order to start a game you both need to have at least one Basic Pokémon card with or else you have to reshuffle all the cards.

Each Pokémon in order to attack need an energy card. Some needs a specific one and some do not. When you have both your active Pokémon in play you both put up to 4 Prizes on the table then you have a coin toss that determines who will start first.

You draw one card then you decide what you want to do from the following either play a trainer card, attach an energy

card to your Active Pokémon in order to attack, place a Basic Pokémon on the bench, Evolve a Pokémon, retrieve your active Pokémon or attack your opponent Pokémon.

So that is basically how the game is played so the more you play the better you get because you win against opponent which give you when you win a booster pack so that you can increase your deck.

Your goal is to defeat as much people as you can in order to be able to built yourself a good deck you can either do it your self or with the Auto deck Machine.

You have 7 types of Pokémons that requires different Energy card. each opponent you face will give you a Booster pack that is base on what Club they belong too so if you battle one from the Water Club you will get cards based on water. There is 8 Club Master for each to defeat then 4 Grand Masters to defeat also in order to earn the Legendary Pokémon Cards.

You can only play as one character it would of been fun to a few to choose from.

But on the other hand you can play with someone else with the Link Cable also a very unique feature called Card Pop allows you to trade a card from your deck with one of your friend using the build-in Infra- Red feature.

There is over 200 cards including all the favorite Pokémon like Pikachu to  play with all are quite nicely design.

Pokémon Trading card is an another great game for their fans and also the one who likes to play an original card game featuring these famous Pokémon.
