More then just a 3D Puzzle!

Neuschwanstein Bavarian Castle is one of 3D Puzzles titles available that were developed by Dyad and distributed by Wrebbit, both Montreal based companies.

Neuschwanstein Bavarian Castle is a very unique 3D Puzzle which will take you many hours to finish. The entire game is base on this famous castle and on the adventure that you will explore inside the castle itself after you complete it. The story starts in the 18th Century and the adventure is based on the Wagner curse that you will have to solve.

When you start the game you have the choice of 4 different levels. With the easy level you will have 250 pieces to assemble all sorted by color. When you complete it you will receive a bronze key that will let you open the courtyard and one room of the castle. The average level will give you 430 pieces and at the end will give you a silver key that will let you into the third floor.

With the challenging level you will get 620 pieces and you will need to rotate them but in the end your allowed through all the castle except one room: the throne. And finally the super challenging level gives you 835 pieces all mixed up and at the end you get the platinum key that will give access to all the castle and a surprise even.

At the beginning you can practice and do a little house in 3D that will help you to figure out what is a 3D puzzle because at first it is not obvious how it works. You are set on a table and you have access to as many trays as you want to separate your puzzle.

You then have a gold tray where you can put sections that are done. Then you go and place it on an other table where it goes exactly in the puzzle. That part is fun because you can see your castle getting up section by section.

" Explore the inside "

" Part of your round table"

As you assemble the puzzle correctly it makes a few different sounds like when it can go on the gold tray or when you can see some video clips of the characters.

Then when you complete all the pieces together and have put it all together on the other table you will get your key and then you can go exploring the inside. In the inside it is like a whole other game. You have a different enigma to solve while looking for the pieces of the sword.

Because you have so much you can do in this game and the long time you will spend to complete the puzzle, it would of been nice to have some music in the back that would change with each section that you complete. And when you have all the pieces on the table some are not quite clear you always have to zoom on some because they are not well defined from a distance.

But when you zoom you can see how well they have been designed. A nice feature in it is the clock. You can monitor how long you have been doing it and you can save the game anytime. You also can see the progress that you are making by looking at the your statistic that tell you how many pieces you have done and left to assemble in 2D and 3D with numbers and with a graphic.

If you like puzzles, Neuschwanstein Bavarian Castle is great 3D puzzle that will entertain you for many hours. Then when you finish it you go in the castle and start exploring the inside where you start a new adventure in 3D. This game is a must for any puzzle fans because it is very well done and will entertain you for a very long time and after you complete it you will be able to explore the inside of it and see real life graphics with true piece of art texture that every fans of puzzle will enjoy to see the result of many hours of playing.
