Time for revenge!

What will happen if Rambo meet Bambi? You're right, Bambo! Well, it's happening in the parody of the bestselling hunting game Deer Hunter. Simon & Schuster Interactive create Bambo the deer avenger who hunt the hunters!

Here, you play the angry Bambo. Remember that this is a humoristic game, not a hunting game. It starts with an entertaining introduction that show you where Bambo come from. All the game long is very simple, as a matter of fact, the main menu contains only 4 items. The first one is new hunt, the second one is throphies, the third one is credits and the last one is exit.

When you start a new hunt you have to choose first a weapon. You have three choices, one is a M-16 rifle follow by a bazooka an it's completed by a sling-shot!

Then you have to choose your avenging area between the Connecticut in spring, the Minnesota in the winter and the West Virginia in the fall.

Now you may need to be patient cause it could be a little bit long before you get your first victim. After a couple of hunt, you'll find easier to track down your prey.

All in all you have seven hunters to pursue (if their was a little bit more, it would have been better).

You may kill one hunter more than once before getting all of them at least once.

After you got one, you may change your weapon and avenging area if you would like. When you are hunting, you hear humoristic comments, most of them are really funny.

You have two way to attrack hunters in your area. First, you can fart, but use it too much it will cause the hunters' run for the hills. The other one is to call your prey. There are different calls, all appealing to the soul of the hunter. Then wait.

The graphics quality is very respectable. The scene is very well done but sometimes some details could have been defined a little bit better. The preys are good, but not more. Generally, the quality of the graphics is obove average.

The interface is very simple and easy to use, but it could be improve by a shortcut key for aiming and access the map. On the other hand, the game is so simple then it's really fine this way. The sound was good enough for the game, they didn't have a reason to do more about it.

So, if you want to be entertain for a couple of hours or you simply want to laugh, this game is for you even more if you are a Deer Hunter fan, listen to your curiosity and go for it!
