A lot of fun to have with RollerCoaster Tycoon !

RollerCoaster Tycoon is a simulation of a recreation park very amusing. Even those which did not like Sim City and other simulation of the kind will find a real pleasure to build their entertaining park.

The idea of the play is rather simple. You start on a ground with an amount of money and you must build an entertaining park to attract a certain number of visitors. In the park, you are with the control of absolutely all. You decide as much the price of the tickets of admission as of the price of the hot dogs. To understand all the basic aspects of the play there is a guide step by step which shows you the various procedures to be followed. There is a large variety of attractions, but you can also, when you are more advanced, create your own attractions.

This game can become very complex if you consider all the small details. You can for example click on a visitor to know what it thinks of your new attraction. You will see his reaction. At the beginning of the play, you start on a ground with little trees and practically dish. But more you advance more you will meet grounds with more challenges what can put the prickly one in your attractions if you can use it well.

RollerCoaster Tycoon

"Or a freaky one in iron."

RollerCoaster Tycoon

"A big structure in wood..."

Unfortunately, RollerCoaster Tycoon does not have three-dimensional charts. Graphics are very similar to those of Sim City.

On the other hand, there are much more details. Control is very good with good smiles and there are also the fast commands. The arrows of the keyboard can replace all the same smiles it. The sound effects are amusing. The attractions sounds and the sound of crowd are very realistic. There is really the impression to look at a park of recreation. The sound could not be better I believe. There is no multiplayer for several good reasons but you can exchange your good ideas with your friends giving your saving games. Moreover this play does not require an extremely powerful computer.

I am really surprised by the simplicity with which is combined at the same time with such a complexity filled of details, which provided you a real and total control. RollerCoaster Tycoon joined
the players of all kinds of games.
