LADYDRAGON.COM - Screamer 4X4

Developed by Clevers and published by Virgin Interactive, Screamer 4x4 is a racing game where you get to drive big trucks in the wild there is no fancy car to drive instead there is tough 4WD vehicles like the Land Rovers Defender and the Jeep Cherokee.

In the main menu there is the single mode and the Multiplayer to choose from.

In the single mode before you start to race you need to create your team by choosing their name, gender, figure, costume and color.

Then you select the game mode. Their is a Tutorial, Freeride, Trophy, Pathfinder Championship. Championship is divided 9 races; Weekend, Overlanders, Bear, The Rock, Borealis, Monkey, Jupiter, Big End and Hades.

As for the Multiplayer mode you can play up to 4 players and there is 5 gameplay to choose from; King of the Hill, Offroad Rally, Destruction, Catch Up and First to Point.

In total there is 6 different terrains to drive on and 10 defferent courses for each terrains so there is over 60 defferent racing venues overall.

Then you select your vehicle like the Mitsubishi Montero, Jeep Wangler, Mercedes G Wagon, Jeep Cherokee, Toyota LandCruiser, Jeep CJ7 and Land Rover Defender.

Other selection are Engine Type, Color, Suspension, Tire Type, Tire Pressure, Transmission, Weather, Terrain type and the Time of day.

This game is not your typical racing game where you jump in your car and run around on a track as fast as you can quite the opposite.

You drive truck in wild environment where they is trees, bushes, rocks and hills and very un even terrains to drive on and if you go too fast at the wrong place well you will tip over.

That is why there is a Tutorial at the beginning so you can familiarize yourself with the driving style of this game.

Not everyone likes to drive trucks but if you do you will start with the Jeep CJ7 and the Land Rover Defender and more can be unlocked as you progress in your game like the Raba, Mercedes Unimog and the Mitsubushi Shogun.

The truck are pretty nice to look at and you can really feel the terrains when you drive around.

Screamer 4x4 is unique driving game that will please the one who like to experience driving 4x4 in wild environment.
