All of Jack's family are on their way to Mexico for a nice vacation until there was a mixed up at the airport and instead of going to Mexico Jack ends up in Colorado.

In Colorado Jack meets 2 teenagers Pete and Jay that are trying to help him find his family.

Meanwhile Pete needs a partner in his snowboarding competition and Jack offers to help him. That will the beginning of a new learning experience for Jack.

Also starring in the movie is real-life snowboarding pro star Bjorn Leines plus Robby Benson (Disney’s "Beauty And The Beast"), Devin Douglas Drewitz ("Saving Silverman"), Rob Tinkler ("Air Bud Spikes Back").
