The Lion King 1 1/2 is the Lion King movie but this time viewed and from the eyes of Timon and his friend Pumbaa.

The movie starts before Timon knew Pumpaa ans Simba. At the time Timon was living with his mom and his colony. No matter what he was trying to do he never seams to fit in the colony. So one day he told his mother he did not want to dig holes anymore and wanted to explore the world for a better life.

While exploring the world Timon meets Rafiki an old and wise Mandrill that kind of give him a sence of direction.

While looking for his new home Timon meets Pumpaa and thats is wheere the adventure of the two friends will start plus later they will meets Simba.

On the two-disc Disney DVD THE LION KING 1 ½ includes a whole new slate of bonus fun starring the original voice talent, games for all ages, theme-park-ride style virtual safari, music video, behind-the-scenes tours.

DISC 1:

So you want to be a Meerkat scout? Timon’s cranky Uncle Max challenges you to find the twenty secretly illustrated Mickeys throughout the movie and track them using your remote, while you watch.

DISC 2:

Disc 2 features three different random menus. The featurette "Before The Beginning" has the only interview Nathan Lane has done for a Lion King movie. "Behind The Legend" has all-new animation created especially for the DVD. The "Virtual Safari" game was created in conjunction with Walt Disney Imagineering (they create the rides at the Disneyland and Disney World resorts). "Who Wants To Be King Of The Jungle" is considered Disney’s most complex accomplishment yet in a Disney game.

This fun game was created in conjunction with the actual show producer and director of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire." It is considered to be Disney’s most complex DVD game accomplishment yet. This game includes over 80,000 question combinations, making it virtually a different game each time you play.

• Timon & Pumbaa’s Virtual Safari 1.5

Climb on board this new theme-park style ride wild ride! Uh oh, someone didn’t get all the "bugs" out! Ride along with Timon, Pumbaa, Ma and Max on a theme-park misadventure, but speak up because on this ride you’ve got four back-seat drivers.

The "Virtual Safari" is created in conjunction with Walt Disney Imagineering, who provided the digital assets of Disneyland rides for Timon’s ride creation. Created in 5.1 audio by the Award-winning Feature Film Sound Design team.

For small children, this fun game asks kids to match Disney Character silhouettes with their famous faces.
