MAJESCO SECURES 'GAME BOY ADVANCE VIDEO' RIGHTS TO POPULAR NICKELODEON PROPERTIES

Initial Orders from Retailers Could Exceed One Million Units

Majesco Sales Inc., the sole operating subsidiary of ConnectivCorp (OTC BB: CTTV.OB), today announced an agreement with Nickelodeon to publish several episodes of the network's high-profile cartoon programs as part of its new Game Boy® Advance Video(tm) product line.

Under terms of the agreement, Majesco secured the United States rights to apply its proprietary Game Boy Advance Video technology to several episodes of select Nickelodeon properties, including SpongeBob SquarePants, Jimmy Neutron, The Fairly OddParents and a compilation of the aforementioned titles and All Grown Up.

The resulting new products will allow the 20 million Game Boy® Advance and Game Boy® Advance SP owners to view Nickelodeon cartoons with their portable hardware.  Enthusiastic feedback from several major retail partners for Majesco's Game Boy Advance Video product catalog indicates initial orders could surpass one million units.

"With its ability to bring a whole new array of content to an installed base of 20 million Game Boy Advance owners, our new Game Boy Advance Video technology has quickly captured the interest of Hollywood and major retailers alike," said Jesse Sutton, Chief Executive Officer, Majesco Sales Inc.  "The Nickelodeon properties represent the ideal content to debut our cutting-edge technology."

Majesco's new Game Boy Advance Video line-up is scheduled to debut this  year.  To register to receive product updates and additional information about new releases, please visit www.gba-video.com.
